Dr. Karishma Phutela, fondly known as Dr. Tina, is the practice owner of Mavis Dental Centre and a
dedicated general dentist who also provides cosmetic treatments. She earned her bachelor’s
degree in dental surgery from Agra University of Health Sciences and gained extensive experience
working in hospitals and private clinics across India. After relocating to Canada, she completed the
required certifications and began practising in 2018.
Dr. Karishma offers a full range of general dental services and works in collaboration with a dental
anesthesiologist to provide treatment under sedation, also known as sleep dentistry. She is skilled
with children and patients who experience anxiety, helping them feel calm, comfortable, and cared
for throughout their visits.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys staying active through long walks and is passionate about traveling
and exploring new cuisines.
